Are you a strategic HR professional looking for an opportunity to make a real impact? We’re seeking a People Business Partner to play a key role in shaping our people strategy, driving employee engagement and cultivating a high-performance culture.
What You’ll Do:
Partner with senior leaders to shape workforce strategies
Advise and support managers on employee relations casework
Drive employee engagement & foster a high-performance culture
Lead change management & organisational development initiatives
Champion diversity, equity & inclusion in the workplace
Use data-driven insights to influence business decisions
What We’re Looking For:
CIPD Level 5 (or working towards)
Proven experience in a People/HR Business Partner role
Strong knowledge of employment law & HR best practices
Ability to influence & build relationships at all levels
A proactive, problem-solving mindset
