Role Overview
They are seeking a results-driven and dynamic Sales Manager. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in consultative sales, excellent leadership abilities, and a passion for driving revenue growth. As a Sales Manager, you will lead a team of sales consultants, define sales strategies, and work closely with the marketing, and customer support teams to ensure we meet and exceed sales targets. You will be responsible for developing sales plans, building relationships with key customers, and driving business development efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership:
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales consultants to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and sales training to improve team skills and efficiency.
• Set clear sales goals, monitor performance, and hold the team accountable for achieving objectives.
Sales Strategy Development:
• Execute a comprehensive sales strategy to target new business, expand existing accounts, and improve market share.
• Work with senior management to set sales forecasts, targets, and KPIs.
• Identify market opportunities, competitive trends, and customer needs to inform sales initiatives.
• Continuously evaluate and refine sales processes to increase efficiency, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
• Work with the customer support team to ensure smooth post-sale experiences and address any customer concerns or upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Reporting and Analysis:
• Monitor and analyse sales pipeline, providing regular updates to senior leadership.
• Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, forecasting, and market trends.
• Analyse data to identify areas for improvement, such as pipeline health, conversion rates, and team performance.
• Track competitor activity and industry trends to stay ahead of the market.
Collaboration and Communication:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and customer support, to ensure alignment and optimise sales efforts.
• Provide feedback to the company based on customer insights, needs, and competitor offerings.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with sales tools and platforms.
