We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to join our team. This role is integral to ensuring the efficient processing of sales, production, and purchase orders while maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and couriers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Process sales, production, and purchase orders with accuracy
2. Confirm order acknowledgments and track progress with suppliers
3. Coordinate with suppliers and couriers to ensure timely deliveries
4. Handle goods receiving paperwork and maintain accurate records
5. Generate and process invoices
6. Provide general administrative support as required
Key Skills & Experience:
1. Prior experience in an administrative or office support role
2. Experience within the fastener industry is advantageous but not essential
3. Understanding of batch-controlled products is beneficial
4. Strong IT skills, including proficiency with office software
5. Excellent communication skills with a confident telephone manner
6. Strong time management and organizational skills
7. High attention to detail and accuracy
