You will be responsible for:
* Handling customer enquiries via phone, email and web chat
* Being first point of contact for business customers
* Responding to customers in a timely manor
* Answering, investigating and resolving queries and complaints
* Record interractions on systems
* Delivering outstanding customer service, upholding the company's preceeding reputation
Successful candidates must be:
* Highly engaging and professional with strong customer service skills
* An exceptional communicator (verbal and written)
