If you're ready to embrace change, contribute to a collaborative work culture, and play a vital role in financial reporting, this opportunity is for you Key Responsibilities: Lead the balance sheet reconciliation process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide guidance and training on best practices for balance sheet reconciliation Support internal and external audits, addressing findings related to balance sheet accounts across the 5 UK managed entities Assist in preparing annual statutory accounts and statutory reporting for multiple entities Manage tax matters including VAT, indirect tax controls, and ad hoc tax queries for the UK and Ireland activities Promote and manage change within the finance function, identifying weaknesses in processes and controls and implementing solutions Perform monthly permanent control checks for Group and ad-hoc internal control checks as necessary AXA Group is the world leader in insurance and asset management.
