Start Date: Sept 24
Area: Sheffield
Duration: Full time until at least July 25
Pay: £155 - £200 per day
GSL Education is looking for a motivated and skilled EYFS Teacher to work at our client school in Sheffield.
EYFS Teacher Role: As an EYFS Teacher, you'll play a pivotal role in laying the foundation for our students' educational journey. You'll create engaging lesson plans tailored to meet the diverse needs of our young learners, fostering their cognitive, social, and emotional development.
Job Responsibilities:
* Delivering high-quality, creative lessons that cater to the individual needs of each child
* Creating a stimulating learning environment that encourages exploration and discovery
* Building positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
* Assessing and tracking student progress to ensure each child reaches their full potential
* Collaborating with colleagues to plan and deliver engaging cross-curricular activities
* Promoting positive behaviour management strategies and fostering a culture of respect, kindness, and inclusivity within the classroom.
The successful candidate will:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching in the Early Years Foundation Stage.
* A strong understanding of child development and early years pedagogy, including the EYFS framework.
* Creativity, enthusiasm and a passion for working with young children.
* The ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of learners and create an inclusive learning environment.
* Dedication to ongoing professional development and a commitment to reflective practice.
