* Role – Account Director (Welsh Public Sector)
* £55k -£85k basic salary and(double OTE + £500/m car + benefits.

You’ll play a critical role in leveraging an established position on the "Connecting Wales" framework, driving deeper engagement with current clients and unlocking potential in untapped accounts such as Cardiff Council, universities, and other public sector bodies.
Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of existing accounts, ensuring strong client relationships and driving additional revenue opportunities.
* Identify, target, and secure new business within the public sector, focusing on Welsh councils, universities, and associated organizations.
* Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize opportunities within the "Connecting Wales" framework.
* Work collaboratively with internal CCaaS experts to deliver tailored client solutions, while leveraging your Networking, LAN, WAN, Infrastructure, and Security knowledge to engage new and existing clients effectively.
* Engage with decision-makers at senior levels, presenting value-driven technology solutions that meet client needs.
* Maintain a thorough understanding of UCaaS, CCaaS, and Networking/Security technologies to position the business as a trusted advisor.
* Travel to client sites across Wales, including remote areas, as needed.
Ideal Candidate Profile
* Proven experience in Account Management or Account Director roles within technology solutions, particularly in Networking, LAN, WAN, and Infrastructure.
* Strong knowledge of UCaaS and CCaaS technologies, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams.
* Demonstrated success in managing existing accounts and developing new business, ideally within public sector frameworks.
* Excellent communication, engagement, and relationship-building skills at all levels.
* Located in or willing to travel regularly to Wales, with proximity to the Midlands or Bristol area preferred.
