Job Title: Call Centre Agent
Location: Southampton
Salary: £11.44 up until April 2025, then rising to £12.21ph
Type: Full-time, Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm, Friday 9am to 4.30pm
We're looking for a Call Centre Agent to join our client to assist customers with reservations. This is a routine customer service role where you will be taking calls, processing bookings, and helping customers with basic queries.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Answer inbound calls from customers.
2. Provide customers with options and confirm booking details.
3. Input customer information and booking details into our system.
4. Handle simple queries regarding availability.
5. Maintain basic records of bookings and customer interactions.
6. Follow set scripts and procedures when interacting with customers.
Skills and Experience:
1. Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role is preferred, but not required.
2. Ability to speak clearly and follow instructions.
3. Basic computer skills for data entry and booking systems.
4. Ability to stay calm and professional on the phone, even during repetitive tasks.
5. Attention to detail is important but you won't be asked to make decisions on your own.
