Job Title: Social Worker (Children)

Rate : £39 per hour
Liquid Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced Qualified Social Worker to join a busy team in Manchester, based within the Looked After Children team.
Responsibilities:
As a LAC Social Worker, your primary responsibilities will include working with children and families to achieve desired outcomes, discharging care orders, attending and participating in strategy meetings, conducting Looked After Children reviews, and completing care plans. You will also be responsible for preparing Child Permanence Reports (CPR), completing pathway plans, and conducting children and family assessments. Additionally, you will engage in multi-agency work with partner agencies to ensure comprehensive support for the children and families in your care.

What we are looking for in a Qualified Social Worker:
* Social Work England registration
* Eligible to work in the UK
* Hold a full UK license
* Post-qualified experience
* Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
