Person specification Role Criteria Essential Experience at setting a vision and developing strategic aims and implemented across multiple teams, including proven track record of working experience of GovS 013 or experience of leading development of a Counter Fraud Strategy and Policy (LEAD) A deep knowledge and understanding of counter fraud and proven experience leading investigations in a Counter Fraud Team including prevention and deterrence, detection, and fraud risk management. Ability to communicate and influence at all levels - strong written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to motivate and lead a team (or equivalent) operating in a matrix working environment, managing multiple priorities and delivering against deadlines Proven aptitude for leadership, e.g. building, and developing teams to deliver successful outcomes.
