Page Personnel are working with a multi-national, industry leading business. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a candidate with experience in stakeholder management to join the team as their Commercial Manager.
Job Description
Commercial Manager duties include:
1. Working with the Commercial Director to understand supplier relationships and commercials.
2. Supporting the Commercial Director to create and maintain strong supplier relationships.
3. Reviewing and forecasting performance of current and future periods and comparison to targets.
4. Ensuring the accurate application of pricing into the portfolio to achieve margin requirements.
5. Leading regular calls to discuss strategy with senior stakeholders, comparing performance to prior forecasts.
6. Taking ownership of other margin areas and leading on ideas and projects to support strategies.
7. Maintaining and evolving pricing process, in line with policies.
8. Creating reporting to provide insight on performance.
9. Implementing ideas to improve performance of the portfolio.
The Successful Applicant
The candidate will have:
1. High level of experience in effectively managing stakeholders - Essential.
2. Comfortable delivering presentations to audiences - Essential.
3. Ability to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships - Essential.
4. High attention to detail and confidence in creating and maintaining checks - Essential.
5. Maths/Finance related qualifications to degree level - Desirable.
6. Previous experience with SQL/Tableau - Desirable.
7. Strong working knowledge of MS Excel - Essential.
