What you’ll be responsible for
As a Distribution Administrator, you will be required to:
* Using of ISU Module in SAP.
* Releasing new notifications into work orders – checking all information is correct as per leakage process and meets audit standard.
* Daily/weekly Management of Outstanding work reports – determine jobs in red/amber status and review with work management team.
* Ensuring orders settle to the correct settlement code ensuring cost settle to correct Opex and Capex budgets.
* Entering HR data into SAP production, overtime and annual leave.
* Undertaking any other duties as required to meet the needs of the business.
