We are seeking a Tenancy Management Officer (High Rise Living) to join our Housing Team. This is a rewarding opportunity to support residents, shape communities, and contribute to safe, welcoming neighbourhoods. Youll play a pivotal role in:
Delivering Outstanding Customer Care: Providing professional, empathetic, and timely support to our tenants, ensuring their voices are heard, and their concerns are resolved.
Enhancing Resident Lives: Working closely with tenants to address issues, offer advice, and promote their well:being.
Improving Neighbourhoods: Collaborating with residents, community groups, and other council services to maintain clean, safe, and thriving communities.
Day:to:Day Tenancy Management: Handling tenancy breaches, mutual exchanges, successions, and ending tenancies with a clear focus on compliance and efficiency.
