Job Title: Recruitment Consultant (IT/Defense)
Location: Gloucester (3 days per week, office-based, conveniently located just off the motorway)

Role Overview: As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, including business development, candidate sourcing, managing the interview process, and maintaining long-term client relationships. This role requires you to bring in your own clients, with a focus on permanent placements within IT or professional services. You will work with both existing and new clients, utilizing your expertise to identify and fulfill their hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a 360-degree recruitment desk from start to finish, including business development, client management, candidate sourcing, and placement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, acting as their trusted recruitment partner.
• Focus on generating new business opportunities and bringing in your own clients.
• Source, interview, and place candidates within IT or professional services roles.
• Achieve and exceed individual billing targets (minimum £75k per year, ideally £80k - £100k+).
• Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring client and candidate satisfaction throughout the recruitment process.
• Keep up to date with industry trends and market developments to provide expert advice to clients and candidates.
Requirements:
• Minimum 18 months of experience in a 360-recruitment role, ideally within IT recruitment, although professional services experience will also be considered.
• Proven track record of generating new business and achieving high billings (at least £75k annually).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage a busy desk, prioritize tasks, and meet targets.
• Motivated, self-driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience working within a permanent recruitment focus.
