How You Will Contribute
In this role you will support the wider People, Culture & Compliance (PCC) team by managing the day-to-day administrative tasks, with a particular focus on onboarding, compliance and general HR support. As this role includes both permanent and self-employed contractor onboarding, you will be a detail-orientated individual with strong organisation skills and the ability to navigate between two competing types of onboarding processes while ensuring strict compliance with relevant legal and company-specific policies.
Success Criteria
* Previous experience in onboarding role or similar position. Training will be provided in any event.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office and Office 365.
* Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to work under pressure and escalate issues when identified.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
* Proactive and self-motivated with a good work ethic.
