Summary We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic individual to work as a Cycle Hire Supervisor. In this role you will engage with visitors, sharing information about the cycle trails, bike hire and Lanhydrock as a whole. As part of the Visitor Experience team, you will also support queries around car parking and other general enquiries. As part of a small team based in the Cycle Centre, you will be driven and passionate about your work, supportive of your colleagues, and be eager to learn new skills. Salary: £14,550 per annum (FTE £22,698 per annum) Contract/duration: 9 month Fixed Term Contract (totalling 1250 hours). Hours/working pattern : Average of 32 hours a week, which may vary during peak times such as school holidays. Alternate weekend work, on occasion you may be asked to work additional weekends to help cover annual leave. Issuing bike hires and sharing what the Cycle Centre has to offer. Answering questions and sharing information about the Lanhydrock cycle trails. Answering general enquiries about the Cycle Centre and Lanhydrock. Managing a small team of Cycle Hire Assistants. Supporting community outreach and partnership opportunities. Supporting Lanhydrock Events and Programming where needed, as well as sharing and suggesting ideas within the Visitor Experience department to promote the Cycle Centre.
