My NHS Client has an urgent requirement for an interim Equality and Diversity Manager to join the People team, initially for 3-6 months to help drive forward the EDI agenda.
With an emphasis on keys areas such as EDS (Electronic Delivery System), WRES (Workforce Race Equality Standard) and WDES (Workforce Disability Equality Standard) this role will require experience across all of these areas and a real ability to hit the ground running.
This role is based in the Northern Home Counties and offers very flexible hybrid working arrangements.
