Our client, a leading logistics company in Carlisle, is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Shift Manager to join their team on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a key role within a thriving organisation.

Salary: £38,000 Starting

These roles would suit a developing Warehouse Supervisor or Warehouse Team Leader, looking to take their first step up to a Warehouse Shift Manager level.

There roles can work on a fixed days or nights shift pattern subject to the candidates identified.

About the Role:

As a Warehouse Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, leading a team of 6 direct reports, and ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the warehouse. Your primary duties will include:

Managing and supervising warehouse staff, ensuring optimal performance.

Overseeing receiving, storing, picking, and shipping operations.
