This is a great opportunity to join ESPO. We are looking for someone who is passionate about Ecommerce and ensuring our customers have a fantastic experience when they visit our websites.
About the Role
Working closely with the Digital Brand Manager, as well as the Product Managers and Marketing team, you will be responsible for keeping our online products are up to date and shown in the best possible manner. This will include product management via our PIM (Product Information Management), such as adding, amending, deleting products and product SEO, ensuring the product information is always accurate.
You will support the Digital Brand Manager with Supplier marketing tasks, such as liaising with suppliers and implementing website banners and supplier brand shops.
Working with the Klevu merchandising platform you will effectively merchandise products online to specifications set by the Digital Brand Manager.
You will be able to prioritise workflows and share best practise within the digital team. Writing engaging copy, you will ensure that ESPO’s products are effectively merchandised on screen in our growing digital portfolio of catalogues. This role will work closely with the Digital Brand Manager, the catalogue team, product managers and the marketing team.
Responsibilities
* Develop, understand and manage the content, with particular focus given to ESPO’s Magento platform and Product Information Management (PIM) system. Improving accuracy and relevance of content by ensuring the alignment with customer search requirements.
* Learn how to utilise the Klevu merchandising platform to manage product positioning and promotion in line with the merchandising plan.
* Contribute towards product marketing campaigns plans, by ensuring content of product is represented correctly online, as directed by the Digital Brand Manager in line with deadlines.
* Understand taxonomy and range consistency, and assist the Digital Brand Manager, together with relevant stake holders in creating and implementing a digital brand guideline.
* Assist in managing consistent and appropriate messaging through product marketing communication activities across all channels ensuring the ESPO brand is effectively delivered with maximum impact.
* Understand that the customer is the heart of everything we do and strive to make the customer journey an enjoyable experience by writing effective and solution based copy for products on the web.
* To effectively promote the brand internally and externally through all appropriate media in line with ESPO’s governance structure.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills and able to build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business.
* Support internal teams in copy writing for marketing campaigns and other corporate marketing publications and material.
* Monitor progress and results of the product enhancement to agreed objectives and measure ROI.
About You
To apply for this post, you must:
* Have a Digital Marketing qualification or relevant e-commerce experience
* Digital product merchandising experience
* Experience of working with a PIM for digital product management
* Product SEO experience
* Demonstrate high standard of attention to detail and strong organisation skills.
* Self-motivated, with a completer finisher mentality, capable of working independently and solving problems.
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal to peers, colleagues, customers and other partners/stakeholders.
* Strong Microsoft Office skills.
* Ability to write and edit copy with attention to detail and accuracy
