The Role: This is a fantastic opportunity to lead one of the agency’s key client accounts, working on a hybrid basis (3 days in the office, 2 remote). You’ll play a pivotal role in developing and executing forward-thinking social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, and X (formerly Twitter), while building and maintaining a strong client relationship. As the primary client contact, you’ll be responsible for providing expert advice, managing expectations, and ensuring that all social media activities align with the client’s goals and brand vision. Key Responsibilities: Develop and deliver creative social media strategies that drive engagement, growth, and brand awareness. Oversee the creation of high-quality content, including posts, stories, reels, and videos, tailored to each platform. Analyse campaign performance, providing clients with regular insights and recommendations. Lead client meetings, offering strategic guidance and maintaining a consultative approach. Stay on top of the latest social media trends and innovations to keep strategies fresh and effective. What We’re Looking For: Experience in a creative agency is essential. Proven expertise in managing and growing social media accounts, particularly Instagram, TikTok, and X. Strong client relationship management skills, with the confidence to advise and collaborate with clients. A creative eye for engaging content and a passion for storytelling through social media. Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights. Exceptional communication and organisational abilities.
