HR GENERALIST - 3 MONTH CONTRACT - INSIDE IR35
One of Loriens Edinburgh based Public Sector Clients is looking for a highly experienced HR Generalist to join their team on an initial 3 or 4 month contract, working hybrid in Edinburgh.
To provide support across a range of HR senior level work including, Recruitment and Selection, HR project work, eg HR policies updates, Equality Impact assessments, review of appraisal scheme and Induction improvements, HR Oracle System implementation, LearnPro training system updating and designing of training modules.
Essential skills, competencies or qualifications
• Degree level qualification and /or experience
• CIPD qualified or working towards
• Seasoned HR professional
• Sound knowledge of employment legislation and HR practice
• Experience of writing and updating HR policies in line with best practice
• Experience in undertaking Equality Impact assessments in relation to HR policies
• Experience in the management and roll out of HR systems and training of staff in the HR system
• Experience of Using LearnPro HR system
