Our Integrated Marketing and Communications team are responsible for delivering key campaign and project work for the Audit, Tax and Consulting service lines and to support going to market through key industry offerings.
We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to work with the industries and service lines team to support all their marketing activities by providing marketing communications, administrative and coordination support, ensuring programmes, events, campaigns and bids are delivered effectively and efficiently. The team will deliver activities to support the targeting of quality new business and services to existing clients.
You'll make an impact by:
* Supporting national marketing campaigns and initiatives to assist with effective and timely rollout
* Taking ownership of physical and virtual event delivery, including event invitations, set up and delivery, delegate communication and feedback reporting
* Producing internal and external communications material and collateral within brand guidelines
* Coordinating and preparing presentation material, delivered to deadlines and within brand guidelines
* Conducting client and target research to support targeting and account management
* Taking responsibility for ROI reporting on marketing and BD initiatives, collating, interpreting and communicating program and event metrics to evaluate performance against agreed upon goals
What we are looking for:
* Experience of supporting a marketing and business development team
* Strong organisational and workload planning skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Ability to prioritise and multitask
* A self-starter, able to manage their own workload and work independently
* A team player, able to work with a variety of departments and adapt to a variety of styles
* A willingness to work on a range of varied tasks where no two days could be the same
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong Word, Excel and Powerpoint skills
