You will join a small, experienced team who provide support to all areas and functions within the Service to ensure that we are legally compliant across safety, health and environmental issues. You will be qualified in health and safety and/or environment and able to demonstrate application of legislation in a proportionate manner. You will have the ability to develop policy and procedures, undertake risk assessments, audits, workplace inspections and also provide administrative support to the wider team. If you are newly qualified, then this is an ideal role for you to develop your skills and apply them across our sites. We are particularly looking for candidates who have a background in environmental management as you will play a key role in the implementation of the Service Environmental Sustainability Plan.
