Who We're Looking For Are you a strategic and analytical professional looking to make an impact in a fast-paced, data-driven environment? We’re looking for a Buyer to take ownership of inventory management, supplier relationships, and purchasing strategies across our key brand partners, such as Nike, adidas, Mitre and Joma. This role is ideal for someone with a strong commercial mindset, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for making data-driven decisions. What You’ll Do Control the Buying Process - Manage stock levels, forecast demand, and ensure we have the right products at the right time to meet customer demand. Analyse & Optimise - Use data insights to track sales trends, best-sellers, and slow-moving stock, making smart purchasing decisions that drive profitability. Collaborate with Marketing - Suggest promotions, product launches, and sales initiatives to boost engagement and increase revenue. Strengthen Supplier Relationships - Work closely with our brand partners to align on product availability, lead times, and upcoming ranges. Enhance Efficiency - Identify ways to streamline purchasing processes, reduce lead times, and improve stock management. Monitor Industry Trends - Stay ahead of new product releases, pricing shifts, and market trends. What You’ll Need We're looking for someone who is: Someone who thrives on analysing data, spotting trends, and making strategic stock decisions. A commercially minded individual who understands the impact of stock management on business performance, and a keen interest in understanding the latest trends in teamwear. Highly organised, proactive, and confident in making decisions that impact business growth. Experience in e-commerce buying or inventory management is preferable.
