Conrad Consulting are delighted to be working closely with an established Architectural practice based near Redditch, West Midlands, seeking to appoint an Architect to their growing team. The practice pride themselves on promoting from within and are looking for an Architect with around 2-5 years of post qualification experience, who would be interested in working their way through the company hierarchy, potentially into a Director level role in the not too distant future. As a small Architecture & Surveying practice the company operate across a variety of sectors, but tend to predominantly work in the Residential arena. Projects vary in size and value and range from one off luxury new builds, through to multi unit developments and high rise property. Owing to a mixture of increased workload and future planning, the practice are looking to appoint an Architect to the team on a permanent basis. There will be very real opportunity for progression with the Architect taking up this role being put on the pathway to becoming a Director in the near future. The Architect for this role will ideally have around 2-5 years of post qualification experience and will be able to showcase a diverse portfolio of work. The practice use AutoCAD & Revit software packages so experience using these will be highly advantageous. Other requirements of the Architect include the following: ARB registered Architect A well rounded Architect with both concept design and technical ability Job running experience would be beneficial but not necessarily essential Ability to manage multiple ongoing projects working to tight deadlines Diverse portfolio of work with particular focus on Residential experience AutoCAD & Revit proficiencyIn return, the successful Architect will be offered a salary in the region of £36,000-£40,000 per annum, alongside a benefits package that includes a company bonus scheme.
