Your new roleAs a Purchase Ledger Clerk, you will play a crucial role in our financial operations. Your responsibilities will include:
* Processing supplier invoices, up to circa 500 per month.
* Handling supplier queries.
* Performing account reconciliation, journal posting, and reporting.
* Supporting the accountant with ad hoc tasks and month-end accounts preparation.
What you'll need to succeedTo excel in this role, you should possess:
* Strong PC skills, particularly in accounting software and Microsoft Office
* The ability to multitask and maintain a high level of accuracy
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Proven, previous experience as a purchase ledger
