💼 Role: Cover Supervisor
As a Cover Supervisor, you'll:
👨🏫 Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the teacher.
📚 Maintain a positive and productive learning environment.
👩🎓 Ensure students stay engaged with their work.
🛡️ Uphold school behaviour policies and manage classroom behaviour effectively.
✏️ Support students with questions and ensure their work is completed to the best standard.
🔍 Step into a variety of subjects, showcasing flexibility and adaptability.
✅ What We're Looking For:
Fluent Welsh speakers 🗣️🏴.
Enthusiastic individuals with experience coaching sports ⚽🏏.
Strong communication skills - you can motivate and engage young people 💬🎯.
A confident personality, ready to adapt and take charge 💪.
Transferable skills such as team leadership, discipline, patience, and creativity from your coaching background.
