Site Manager – Liverpool\nIonic Recruitment are currently looking for a Site Manager on behalf of our client.\n\nIntroduction:\nOur client, a well-regarded fit-out specialist operating across the office, retail, and leisure sectors, is looking to appoint a Site Manager for projects based in Liverpool. The role is available on either a permanent or freelance basis, with a negotiable salary depending on experience.\n\nJob Responsibilities:\n\n * Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring timely and quality delivery of fit-out works.\n\n * Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.\n\n * Oversee health and safety compliance and conduct regular site inspections.\n\n * Liaise with clients and stakeholders, ensuring excellent communication and reporting.\n\n * Maintain site records, project documentation, and ensure quality standards are met.\n\nRequirements:\n\n * Previous experience managing office, retail, or leisure fit-out projects.\n\n * SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications are required.\n\n * Strong organisational and communication skills.\n\n * Ability to manage teams and work to tight deadlines.\n\n * Based in or around Liverpool, with a willingness to travel if needed.\n\nPlease apply below.
