They supply luxury products into a variety of retailers so operate on a business to business basis. Due to an aggressive expansion plan for 2025 & 2026, they now require a Key Account Manager with experience in their industry or experience with retailers. Currently operating from Burscough In Lancashire and Showrooms in Manchester (soon to relocate as above), the successful candidate will be primarily office based but will be required to travel to customers in the UK & Ireland. As a Key Account Manager you will hold a pivotal role, splitting your focus evenly between managing existing accounts and driving new sales. You will build and nurture relationships with accounts, develop new business opportunities. You will need to be organized, be able to deliver exceptional customer service and have a positive can-do attitude. Responsibilities include: Develop and grow our brands by actively prospecting and opening new accounts Manage and nurture existing accounts from our UK stockholding and develop bespoke with existing and new customers Work independently, demonstrating excellent planning and timing Attend industry events, trade shows and networking opportunities to represent our brands and build relationships with key customers Experience required: Proven track record within the retail sector Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment A good understanding of Excel Spreadsheet work Interested?
