Role Description
This is a full-time Recruitment Consultant role located on-site in Chelmsford. The Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for sourcing and interviewing potential candidates, consulting with clients to understand their needs, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process. Day-to-day tasks include screening resumes, conducting interviews, communicating with clients and candidates, and providing excellent customer service to ensure successful placements.
Responsibilities
1. Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
2. Make Speculative Client calls.
3. Serve as contact person for questions from candidates & Clients.
4. Meet weekly quotas.
5. Maintain the company CRM System.
