What does this Care Assistant job involve?
• Supporting Clients to live safer and supported lives in their home.
• Following individual Care Plans
• Assist with Personal Care (Helping clients to bathe, dress, manage incontinence, use the toilet.
• Supporting them with their medication
• Practical tasks such as Shopping, Mealtimes and Housework.

• Experience in Social Care is not needed, full training would be provided
