Assistant FS Manager
We are seeking an exceptional Assistant FS Manager to join our team at one of the country's leading Educational Training Providers.
The successful candidate will support the Education Manager in effectively managing the curriculum, ensuring the needs of learners and employers are met. This includes delivering Functional Skills, Personal & Social Development, and work-based programmes that cater to diverse learning requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Curriculum Management: Assist the Education Manager in planning, implementing, and evaluating the curriculum to meet learner and employer needs.
* Programme Delivery: Deliver Functional Skills, Personal & Social Development, and work-based programmes that align with industry standards and best practices.
* Learner Support: Provide guidance and support to learners to ensure they achieve their goals and reach their full potential.
* Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to share knowledge, expertise, and resources to enhance programme delivery and quality.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
* Strong understanding of educational training principles and best practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to work effectively in a team environment.
Estimated Salary Range: £30,000 - £45,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
