About the role
We’re looking for a dedicated Senior Housing Officer to lead one of our Income Recovery & Financial Inclusion teams, of Housing Officers, Assistant Housing Officers, and Financial Inclusion Officers to deliver exceptional results.
With a positive, “can do” attitude and commitment to working in a balanced and fair way with a diverse customer base, not only will you maximise income for PCH but empower clients with the tools, support, and knowledge they need to thrive financially and socially. Our ideal candidate for this role is someone who:
* Possesses strong communication abilities and a background in team management.
* Will have a positive "can do" attitude and have a proven track record of making customer focused change to improve service.
* Has experience in the major culture change and personal involvement in embedding change in teams.
* Has a minimum of five years in the social housing sector.
