Your new schoolIf successful, you will have the opportunity to work in a selection of schools as a Teaching Assistant. The schools we work with aim to ensure not only academic success, but also focus on the social progression and happiness of all pupils. You will be required to work on a full-time basis, 5 days per week. You will be required to start this role as soon as possible however the school are willing to wait for the right person. Your new role As a Teaching Assistant, you will be supporting the classroom teacher in setting up activities, encouraging engagement and providing general support. You will be supporting children in varying group size and on a 1:1 basis if required. You will need to have good communication skills as you will be regularly communicating with children, teachers and parents. What you'll need to succeed
You should have experience in a classroom setting within the last 2 years. You should feel confident working with children in small groups. You will need to be professional at all times, as well as friendly and enthusiastic. You will need to be able to communicate effectively with staff, children and parents.
