CONVEYANCING ASSISTANT PERMANENT LYTHAM ST ANNES - 25k-30k (DOE)

Our client is a very well established law firm who are recruiting due to an internal promotion and continued expansion. The role will involve supporting a team of Fee Earners with a busy Conveyancing caseload. They are looking for an experienced Conveyancing Assistant and duties will include:
Taking client calls and providing updates/dealing with basic queries
Onboarding of clients and setting up new files on the system
Providing updates to clients
Drafting documents
Running transactions
Preparing completion statements and bills
Dealing with files on the day of completion
Hours of work:
Monday -Friday
9am-5pm
The ideal candidate will have the ability to work in a fast-paced Conveyancing environment and have strong communication/organisation skills. Experience of working in Commercial/Residential would be an advantage.
