Service Delivery Manager Facilities Maintenance / Construction
This is an exciting role for a Facilities Maintenance professional with extensive experience within construction, focusing on fabric maintenance, who enjoys being both office and site-based. We are looking for a dynamic individual who wants to play a vital role in overseeing the servicing and delivery of the company’s projects, reactive and planned maintenance.
You will ensure the delivery of FM works and Contract Management for your own dedicated clients, overseeing all job-to-job delivery. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring the successful execution of projects and driving overall client satisfaction. While you directly oversee your own clients, you will also work closely and manage a team of account schedulers and coordinators, providing guidance and support to ensure operational excellence and service delivery.
The ideal person will have experience with raising quotations following attendance to site and fully understand building practices. Someone who can pick up an engineer’s report, diagnose what further works are required, understand what materials are needed, obtain suppliers quotes for those materials, allocate a labour time allowance, and then produce a quotation following this.
We need someone with the following:
1. Proven experience in account management within the facilities maintenance industry, with a focus on fabric maintenance and managing a client account.
2. Strong construction knowledge allowing the ability to produce detailed and accurate quotations for building-related tasks.
3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate individuals to achieve goals.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients and internal stakeholders.
5. Exceptional organisational abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage a busy schedule and multiple projects simultaneously.
6. Proficiency in several industry-leading job management programs and MS Office suite.
7. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites as needed.

Location: Fobbing / Horndon Essex – Will be required to travel to clients’ sites or office locations as required. Company vehicles available upon request.
