As the Early Years Talent Partner, you will have in depth knowledge of how apprenticeships levys work across the UK (England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales), guiding best practices with the business lines, ensuring all new talent is on the correct learning programmes. You will come with a strong understanding of when to orchestrate yearly graduate campaigns, working with further education establishments and coordinate assessment days. Required skills and experience: Proven track background in early careers recruitment and development, within a high-volume capacity Excellent interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills Work in partnership with the hiring managers/HRBPs on writing role profiles Able to create/write adverts and work with marketing as the expert Lead on interviews questions and packs to create fairness and non-bias Strong experience in planning and running assessment centres Understanding of talent management and development principles Experienced and confident in programme management of development programme Must be a strong team player and work in partnership with the wider organisation ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY As the Early Careers Talent Partner, you are responsible for ensuring strong relations are built across the UK business lines to nurture a pipeline of entry level talent who will be Interteks future successors. The Early Careers Talent Partner will be responsible for attracting, hiring Graduate level, Apprentices and STEM talented early-career professionals, across a range of specialisms across all the 24 UK business lines. Key activities: Refine and execute a comprehensive early careers recruitment strategy, with an understanding of the different offerings in England, Scotland, Wales and N. Ireland Attraction and work with all hiring managers/HRBPs to onboard with the correct programmes covering the UK Build effective relations with further education departments and attend presentations to attract talent to intertek brand Work closely with Marketing to create campaigns on social media and networks Planning and coordinating assessment centres for Graduate and Apprenticeship schemes and planning their welcome into intertek Build strong Stakeholder internal relationships with senior managers to understand their talent needs and ensure this is taken into our early years strategy Point of contact for early careers colleagues, providing guidance and support throughout their journey WHAT WE OFFER Join Intertek and become part of our global network of inspiring and entrepreneurial colleagues.
