Our GRID product provides Hyperlocal geospatial intelligence solution that supports various industries like Telecom, Retail, Healthcare, Travel & Logistics in making data-backed, intelligent decisions. GRID brings together both functional expertise and scalable tech stack for:
1. Site-level intelligence on asset supply coverage and user experience (for both client and competitors)
2. Advanced Analytics platform for scenario modelling and optimization algorithms
3. Enhanced real-time visualization and collaboration, distributed across the client org (assets, strategy, marketing etc.)
4. Working with cross-functional teams using a ‘single source of truth’ that aligns customer “demand” data and asset “supply” data
Who are we looking for?
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Manager of Geospatial Analytics to lead our GRID team. This role involves overseeing the development, analysis, and application of geospatial data to drive strategic decision-making for our corporate and private equity clients. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise in geospatial analytics with strong leadership and project management skills to deliver impactful solutions across various domains such as CAPEX Optimization, Go-to-market, Cost to serve, Market Attractiveness, White space opportunity, Competitive intensity etc. across multiple industries with focus on Telecom (Fiber, Tower and Data Center), Retail, Healthcare, Travel and Hospitality etc.
You will work closely with A&M global Partners/Managing Directors across APAC, EMEA and Americas to build distinctive custom analytics solutions. You will develop and coach the team of junior staff to effectively deliver programs requiring geo-spatial-backed results under performance improvement practice.

Considering the pace of targeted growth, we are keen to find candidates who are entrepreneurial, driven by a passion to drive significant growth (people who can think in multiples of growth rather than percentages), are comfortable with ambiguity, will roll up the sleeves and be hands on to get things done and can be independent requiring limited cover.
Location: Delhi NCR. However, the person should be willing and able to travel as needed.
Reports to: Director – Performance Improvement (PI)
Key responsibilities:
1. Building a high performing global center of excellence for geospatial analytics within Performance Improvement Practice
2. Oversee the collection, processing, and analysis of geospatial data using advanced GIS tools and methodologies
3. Have strong knowledge on various spatial models and algorithms to solve complex problems
4. Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across projects
5. Collaborate with cross-functional GCC teams to integrate geospatial insights into broader client objectives
6. Selling and delivering solutions – managing multiple chargeable and non-chargeable projects, conducting the final quality control review of reports and other client deliverables, and leading meetings with senior clients stakeholders and other third parties
7. Building strong relationships with clients through exceptional day-to-day project management, coordination, and execution
8. Hiring, mentoring and coaching junior staff – creating a learning environment by providing meaningful coaching to staff, leading pointed training sessions, providing feedback to team members, and facilitating the learning and development of direct reports
9. Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance technical skills in geospatial technologies
10. Position A&M Global Capability Center as a thought partner within the firm for building new solutions and offerings
Qualifications:
1. Comes with 6-9 years of relevant hands-on experience working with a global consulting firm, delivering geospatial driven analytics consulting services delivery for corporate and PE clients
2. MBA or Master’s from a top-tier institute
3. Strong analytical, negotiation, problem-solving skills and ability to translate business context into technical requirements
4. Have strong knowledge on various spatial models and algorithms to solve complex problems
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a global team environment
6. Proficiency in solutions around Geo Spatial Analytics (custom solutions, scenario modelling, large volume rendering, foot traffic, shape file formats)
7. Proficiency in technical skills: Python (Geospatial libraries like geopandas), SQL, Alteryx, Visualization tools (ArcGIS, QGIS, PowerBI, CARTO), Statistical Analysis methodologies (Gradient Boost, Random Forest), Microsoft Office Suite (must have)
8. Familiarity with cloud-based GIS platforms or big data environments
9. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities
10. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
