Role Summary
As a Bar Team Member, you’ll be at the heart of creating unforgettable experiences for our guests. Your main responsibilities will include preparing and serving a range of drinks, ensuring the bar area is well-maintained, and delivering exceptional customer service. You’ll also collaborate with the kitchen team to provide seamless food service, from breakfast buffets to group meals.
Key Responsibilities
* Drink Preparation & Service: Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and guest preferences.
* Customer Service: Greet guests warmly, take orders, and ensure a memorable experience by addressing any questions or concerns.
* Cleanliness & Organization: Keep the bar area clean and orderly, including washing glasses and sanitizing surfaces.
* Inventory Management: Monitor and restock bar supplies, including beverages, garnishes, and glassware.
* Cash Handling: Process payments accurately, including cash, card, and mobile transactions, and balance the register after shifts.
* Compliance: Adhere to health and safety regulations, including ID checks for legal drinking age and responsible alcohol service.
* Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
* Event Support: Assist with setup and service for special events and private functions.
* Food Service: Ensure accurate and timely delivery of à la carte orders and maintain high standards for buffet preparation and service.

* Eligibility to work legally in the country of employment.
