The role in a nutshell Lounge Caf Bars are looking for a creative and highly organised Part-Time Marketing Assistant to join our HQ team in Bristol. In this role, you will support our social media and digital marketing activities, as well as assist with events and internal comms. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their Marketing career, who is passionate about content creation, hospitality and community - The role has great potential to lead to full time employment and progression within the business. Getting in to the detail Assist in managing and scheduling social media content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. Write engaging captions that reflect the Lounge Cafe Bars brand voice. Support with photo and video shoots, including planning, coordination, and on-site assistance. Assist in writing and scheduling internal CRM email campaigns. Monitor and manage our Marketing inbox, responding to internal and external enquiries or directing them to the appropriate team members. Liaise with internal or external graphic designers regarding ongoing print and design projects. Stay up to date with social media trends and suggest creative content ideas. Support the wider marketing team with general administrative tasks as needed. Skills and experience required 1 years' experience in Marketing preferred but not essential Passionate about social media, content creation, and digital marketing. Strong writing skills with the ability to craft engaging and brand-aligned content. Organised and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Experience using social media scheduling tools (e.g., Loomly, Meta Business Suite) and email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, is a bonus. Experience in hospitality or food and beverage marketing is an advantage.
