This is an exciting opportunity to have exposure to all our central operations. You will collaborate closely with end users through to senior decision makers to offer guidance and new automation opportunities and support with incidents, enhancements, defects and changes. Who are we looking for: This is a true business operational role, not a developer role, where your passion for operational knowledge and automation will be a key. You will be a stand out team player with a strong business operational background, who enjoys to finding solutions to process issues, has an empathetic approach and who understands different perspectives, and a fantastic communicator. Key Responsibilities of the Job: Capability selection: Working with our development partner, support the evaluation and selection of appropriate automation capability and technologies to ensure solutions are optimal and exploit the digital workers Feasibility studies: Perform feasibility studies to evaluate the viability of automation solutions, considering factors such as cost, benefits and potential risks Business process analysis: Conduct thorough assessments of existing business processes to identify areas suitable for automation, considering Systems Thinking and Lean methodologies to re-engineer before automating and provide creative thinking to find the right solutions Implementation: Lead implementation of automation solutions, ensuring successful integration into existing systems and processes Automation Mentorship: Support and advise on standard processes in automation, leveraging experience and industry standards to streamline workflows. Training and Documentation: Deliver training to end-to-end users and ensure the creation of comprehensive documentation to facilitate smooth adoption of any automations Special Requirements: Advanced business knowledge of Automation tools I.e Blue Prism, UiPath, Automation Anywhere Advanced business knowledge of all automation tactics and techniques such as Power Platform, Machine Learning, Natural Language Planning (NLP) Proficient in Excel, Word, MS Teams and PowerPlatform Understanding of change management principles What's in it for you?
