Euro Foods Group is looking for HR Executive
Job Description / Responsibility
* Handle recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews.
* Prepare and manage employment contracts, offer letters, and onboarding documentation.
* Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
* Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
* Facilitate communication between management and employees to promote a positive work environment.
* Support the implementation of performance review systems.
* Assisted in identifying employee training and development needs.
* Monitor and ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures.
* Ensure compliance with UK labor laws and regulations.
* Prepare and submit reports related to HR metrics and activities.
* Collaborate with the legal team to maintain workplace standards.
* Assist in payroll processing and attendance tracking.
* Organize and manage employee engagement activities.
Educational Requirements
* Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
* Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
* Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, with a good academic record.
* Excellent communication skills in English (IELTS score of 6.0+ is mandatory).
* Skills Required: Human Resource Management, Recruitment, Labor Law, payroll management, Talent Acquisition and Management
Experience Requirements
* 3 to 6 year(s)
* The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
* Food (Packaged),Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread)
Additional Requirements
* Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills.
