This role is based in a busy Conference, Training & Business Centre providing events & meeting facilities, office space and training courses to a variety of clients.
Our client is looking for a Conference & Event Administrator to join their small and busy team of centre administrators providing a range of admin support and services to ensure the smooth running of the centre. This is a unique opportunity to assist with the coordinating and promotion of the venue's spaces to a range of corporate clients. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing event related administrative and operational support, ensuring the successful and smooth delivery of a busy daytime meeting and events schedule.
Conference & Events Administrator Main Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Managing the online booking system to maximise conferencing opportunities for the venue.
2. Leading bookings and liaising with clients and team members to plan event resources including hospitality and catering, it and room set ups.
