French Speaking Administrator Hybrid or Remote Our fantastic client in Ross-on-Wye is entering a period of significant growth and are now looking for an enthusiastic Administrator to join their supportive and friendly team for a 14-month contract, to cover maternity, ideally starting on Friday 1 st November, running all the way through until January 2026. In order to be considered for this role, you will need to be able to speak and write French at a fluent level and have previous customer service experience. PLEASE NOTE: Whilst you may choose to work hybrid or remotely if you wish, you will be required to commute to Ross-on-Wye x5 days per week for the entire training period, therefore it will be beneficial for the individual to be within a reasonable commute.You must also be able to pass a full DBS check provided by the company. Responsibilities - Undertake all administration to support travel group bookings including providing quotes, sending paperwork (itineraries etc). - Manage allocation of beds/rooms for staff when on overseas assignments. - Setting up and booking itineraries for visits. - Booking airport transfers and coaches alongside Transport/Operations Teams. - Handling telephone calls, correspondence and all associated admin. - Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records. - Managing invoicing and ensuring collection of payments in a timely manner. - Support BDMs with identifying and seeking repeat business where appropriate. - Develop an in-depth knowledge of activity destinations across the UK and abroad, visiting if necessary. Requirements - Must be able to commute to Ross on Wye x5 days per week for initial training. - Fluent in written and spoken French. - Previous customer service experience. - Reliable, team player. - Able to pass a DBS check (provided by the company). Hours: Monday Friday: 8:30 5pm / 9am 5:30pm, hybrid/remote options available following training. Salary: Up to £24,921 per year plus up to £1,500 in added bonuses (Up to £26,421 in total).
