Focused on delivering exceptional campaigns, you excel in Photoshop and have a broad skill set spanning concept creation, design execution, and delivery. Working across digital and print, you’ll create high-quality designs for web, app, instore POS, and print, driving results while staying true to brand guidelines and campaign goals. Campaign Design: Deliver comprehensive creative solutions for multi-channel campaigns, including web, print, social media, and animation, while maintaining a cohesive visual narrative. Advanced Image Retouching: Apply expert-level Photoshop skills to enhance and transform imagery, ensuring all assets meet the highest visual and technical standards. Team player: Great team player ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, digital, production and external stakeholders, to ensure campaigns are executed seamlessly and meet business objectives. Required Skills & Experience Idea Generation : Ability to generate creative ideas quickly and efficiently, responding to briefs with innovative and impactful concepts. Photoshop Expertise : Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, with a strong focus on high-end retouching and image manipulation. Creative Portfolio : A compelling portfolio showcasing innovative ideas and exceptional craft across web, print, social media, and brand development projects. Versatility : Demonstrated experience in designing for both digital and print mediums, with knowledge of accessibility and usability best practices. Adobe Suite Proficiency: Expert skills in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, with a strong understanding of their integration in creative workflows. Problem Solving: A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, capable of adapting to evolving priorities and delivering creative value beyond expectations. Communication Skills: Ability to present ideas confidently and explain technical concepts in clear, accessible language to diverse audiences.
