A well-regarded firm is seeking a motivated and experienced Legal Secretary to join their Private Client team based near Ipswich.

Tasks will include:
1. Dedicated secretarial and administrative support to Departmental Head, Partners, and senior Fee Earners.
2. Audio and copy typing of correspondence and documents on a day-to-day basis.
3. Maintenance of fee earner diary on a daily basis.
4. Opening and closing of files.
5. Support with billing as instructed by the fee earner and liaising with Finance.
Skills Required:
1. Ability to build sound relationships with colleagues throughout the firm.
2. High standards of accuracy and presentation.
3. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
4. High levels of client care.
