Key responsibilities: Input customer invoice queries received by telephone or in writing Investigate queries, calculate any credit due and recommend credit value where necessary, in particular specific credit reason Work within specified timescales for resolution of Invoice Queries within allocated locations To assist outside of allocated locations as required. To complete daily & weekly log sheet of work processed The ideal candidate will have: Customer Service experience Excellent telephone manner Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook Team player with ability to remain focused on task What about career development?
