Duties and Responsibilities During the Business Administration Apprenticeship, you will be asked to: Dealing with incoming enquiries via phone/post and emailGeneral admin duties e.g. filing, photocopying etc.Welcoming any visitors who come to the office.Investigating and resolving customer queries in a professional manner.Adhoc. financial tasks - supporting finance department as required.Data inputting.Entering work orders/Purchase Orders/Quotations into a third party software. Qualifications RequiredMinimum of 5 GSCEs Grade A - C (9 - 4) including English and Maths Skills RequiredAs the Business Administration Apprentice, you will need to have: Excellent communication skills - verbal and writtenMaths B or above are desired but not essentialIT skills: Word / Excel / OutlookStrong Administration skills are desiredAttention to detail.Organisation and time management skills. Future ProspectsA Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship is a highly recognised qualification. After completion, the possibility of a full time role may be offered. Training ProvidedThe Business Administration Apprentice will be working towards a Level 3 Business Administration standard. Full training will be provided by face to face tutor visits, online resources etc. Our 360 Apprenticeships are completely work based learning and full training will be provided.
