The Opportunity: IT Support Analyst At HealthTrust Europe (HTE), we have an exciting opportunity for an IT Analyst to join our thriving organisation.As an IT Support Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring that everyone at HealthTrust Europe is able to access and use their IT equipment and associated software. A key area of focus will be incident resolution and requests reported to the HealthTrust
Europe service desk. You will make the initial assessment, triage, research and identify resolution of service desk tickets relating to HTE’s IT infrastructure, equipment and software products. Service Desk
Using the HTE case management system, the role holder will prioritise daily activity to ensure incidents and requests are resolved and managed in an efficient way.
Proactively takes ownership of tickets in the service desk queue.
Acting as the single point of contact for users for the duration of their case.
Engaging internal and external resources as required to resolve tickets.
Providing technical support and guidance to users across the business in all functions.
Projects
Supports on projects as directed by the IT Manager.
Leads on straightforward projects as directed by the IT Manager.
Collaborates on projects with other functions by gathering essential requirements and making suggestions for best practice and innovative solutions as part of the project team.
Other IT Duties
Develop and share documentation and user guides for IT staff and HTE staff for desktop applications and common queries.
Ensure assets and asset ownership is logged and maintained in the HTE asset management system.
Identifies potential new hardware and software solutions for HTE and communicates this to senior colleagues.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Technical Skills – experience in 2nd line IT Support
Strong in Azure Administration
Strong in management of Office 365 Admin, Intune, Entra ID
Strong in IT security, including Microsoft Defender and web security
Strong in Service desk management processes
Strong in Microsoft Office & management of Windows O/S
Experience in management of basic networking
Experience with Azure, Power Automate, Power Shell and Purview
Excellent Customer Service
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely
Problem solving and ability to produce creative solutions
