Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Learning Disability Support Worker at Sunderland Home Care Associates. The Support Worker will be responsible for providing day-to-day support to individuals with learning disabilities. The role involves assisting clients with daily living activities, implementing care plans, and promoting independence and social inclusion. £12.00 per hour. £91.52 sleep in rate.

* Experience in Safeguarding and Communication
* Technical Support skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team
* Previous experience working with individuals with learning disabilities would be nice but not essential
